decnet_migrate − Helps you collect information about the network, set up level 2 routing between Phase IV and DECnet-Plus network areas, and convert NCP commands to NCL

SYNOPSIS

/usr/bin/decnet_migrate

DESCRIPTION

The /usr/bin/decnet_migrate tool invokes the decnet_migrate transition tool.  This tool provides commands you use to:

∗ Collect, organize, and report information about the current network configuration. 

∗ Create interphase link entries in a router’s reachable address table, communicate with a level 2 router running the Phase IV routing protocol. 

∗ Convert NCP commands to NCL

For help using decnet_migrate, invoke the tool and enter HELP at the decnet_migrate> prompt.  Help text is available for each command, as well as hints on using the tool. 

RESTRICTION

To use the collect command, you must have network management show privileges on the remote systems.
