Parameters
Input
handleThe handle returned by dce_msg_cat_open() to the catalog that is to be closed.
Output
statusReturns the status code from this operation. The status code is a value that indicates whether the routine completed successfully and if not, why not.
Description
The dce_msg_cat_close() routine closes the message catalog which was opened with dce_msg_cat_open(). On error, it fills in status with an error code.
