Description

PSEPLB searches for and positions the element pointer at the next occurrence of the specified label in the open structure.  If the pointer currently points to the specified label, the function begins the search with the next structure element.  Otherwise, the search begins at the current pointer position.   If the label does not exist between the element pointer and the end of the open structure, the function generates an error and the element pointer remains unchanged.
