nodename − Print the local node name

SYNOPSIS

nodename [-s]

FLAGS

-s Prints the local node’s synomym. 

DESCRIPTION

The nodename command prints the name of the local DECnet-Plus node.  By default it prints the full name of the local node.  If the -s flag is specified it prints the local node’s synonym, obtained by accessing the namespace.
