REMOVE - (E3)

Removes the select range to the paste buffer.  Each time the remove is used,
the previous contents of the paste buffer are discarded.

COPY - (GOLD E3)

Copies the select range to the paste buffer.  Each time the copy is used,
the previous contents of the paste buffer are discarded.

Note that support for the paste buffer must be enabled by setting the TPU
variable ACLEDIT$X_PASTE_BUFFER to a value of 1. See the VMS Access Control
List Editor manual for further details.
