Establish option settings for the MONITOR utility.

DEFAULT

 Establish  default values  for MONITOR  qualifiers and class-name
 parameters.  The  values  remain  in  effect  until  you exit the
 MONITOR utility,  or until you  change  them with  the INITIALIZE
 command or another  SET command.  All  qualifiers and  parameters
 available  on the  MONITOR  command  are  also  available  on the
 SET DEFAULT command.

 Format:
        SET DEFAULT/qualifiers  class-name/qualifiers[,...]
