REFRESH

 Refreshes (repaints) the screen, typically to remove extraneous characters
 that are the result of a system broadcast.

 Key:  EVE defines CTRL/W as REFRESH.

 Usage notes:

 o  Messages you receive are stored in an EVE system buffer named Messages.
    Using REFRESH does not delete the messages, but it does clear the
    message window.  To put the Messages buffer into the current window, so
    you can review all your messages, use the following command:

       Command: BUFFER MESSAGES

    Then, to return to the buffer you were editing, use SHOW BUFFERS.

 o  REFRESH does not cancel the highlighting of a select range or found
    range.  Instead, use the RESET command to cancel the highlighting.
