MOVE BY PAGE

 Moves the cursor a page at a time in the current direction.

 Keys:  EDT Keypad          WPS Keypad
        ------------------------------
        KP7                 PF2

 Steps:

    1.  If necessary, set the direction to move in---forward or reverse.

    2.  Use MOVE BY PAGE (see key list above).

 Usage notes:

 o  "Pages" are bounded by a form feed (which usually appears as a small
    FF) or by the top or bottom of the buffer.  Thus, if there is no page
    break in the current direction, the cursor moves to the top or bottom
    of the buffer.

 o  MOVE BY PAGE scrolls the buffer so that the page break (if there is
    one) is at the top of the window (depending on your scroll margins)
    with the cursor on the form feed.

 o  With the WPS keypad, PF2 continues a WPS case change as follows:

    1.  Press the WPS Lower Case key (GOLD-KP3) or WPS Upper Case
        key (KP3) to change the case of a character.

    2.  Press PF2 to continue the case change from the current character
        until a page break.
