Invokes this interactive HELP session which describes the EDIT/FDL
 commands and the File Definition Language.  Information is available
 on the following commands and definitions:

 Abstract      ADD      DELETE     EXIT     HELP     INVOKE     MODIFY
 Operation     QUIT     SET        VIEW

 To exit HELP, and return to the main level menu, press the RETURN key
 as a response to the prompt "Topic?".
