MOVE BY LINE

 Moves the cursor a line at a time in the current direction (shown in the
 status line).

 Steps:

    1.  If necessary, set the direction you want to move in.
        For example, press the F11 key to change direction
        from forward to reverse or conversely.

    2.  Use the MOVE BY LINE command.  (See key list below).

 o  In forward direction, the cursor moves to the nearest end of line --
    that is, the end of the current line or next line.

 o  In reverse direction, the cursor moves to the nearest start of line --
    that is, the start of the current line or previous line.

 Keys:  The following keys are each defined as MOVE BY LINE:
