This command inserts one or more lines into the FDL definition.  If
 the line already exists, you can optionally replace that line with
 your new line.  Once a line is inserted, you can optionally continue
 to add lines under that particular primary section.  If no primary
 section exists to hold the secondary being added, then one is
 automatically created.
