This command is used to change the current position within the log
  file.  It is possible to move backwards as well as forward within
  the security log file.

  In most cases, it is sufficient to process the event records in a
  sequential fashion.  However, it is possible that an event will be
  displayed which will make it necessary to re-evaluate previous event
  records using different selection criteria.

  Format:

    POSITION record-count

Parameters

 record_count

  Specifies the number of records to move within the security log
  file.  If the number specified is negative, the position is set
  so that previous events may be examined again.  If the number
  specified is positive, events will be skipped.

  This count is relative to the current position.
