SHOW BUFFERS

 Lists the buffers you have created and puts the cursor in the list so you
 can view or delete a buffer without having to type the buffer name.

 Steps:

    1.  Use SHOW BUFFERS to list the buffers you have created.

    2.  Put the cursor on the name of a buffer in the list.

    3.  To view that buffer, use SELECT or click MB1 twice.
        To delete that buffer, use REMOVE or CUT.

 This is effectively the same as using the BUFFER or DELETE BUFFER commands
 respectively, without having to type the buffer name.
