SET NOCLIPBOARD

 Disables the clipboard so that copying, cutting, and pasting text uses
 EVE's Insert Here buffer.  (Default setting.)

 o  The clipboard setting affects the following commands and keypad
    functions.  (WPS keypad functions do NOT use the clipboard, regardless
    of the setting.)

       COPY  or STORE TEXT         EDT Append key (KP9)
       CUT   or REMOVE             EDT Replace key (GOLD-KP9)
       PASTE or INSERT HERE        EDT Subs key (GOLD-ENTER)

 o  Enabling the clipboard lets you transfer text between EVE and other
    DECwindows applications.  However, for routine editing within EVE,
    using the Insert Here buffer may be faster, depending on the amount of
    text involved.
