MOVE UP
Moves the cursor up one line at a time.
o If the cursor is free, it moves up in the same column, whether text is
already there or not.
o If the cursor is bound, it moves to the corresponding position on the
previous line, following the shape of your text. For example, from the
end of a line longer than the previous line, it moves to the end of the
previous line. See help on the SET CURSOR BOUND command.
o If you are at the top of a buffer, the cursor does not move.
