INSERT PAGE BREAK

 Inserts a "hard" page break -- a form feed (appearing as a small FF) on a
 line by itself.

 Steps:

    1.  Put the cursor where you want to start a new page.

    2.  Use the INSERT PAGE BREAK command.  (See key list below.)

 o  If you are NOT at the start of a line, EVE first does a RETURN, inserts
    a form feed, and then does another RETURN, putting the cursor at the
    start of the next line.

 o  At the start of a line of text, EVE inserts a form feed and does a
    RETURN, putting the cursor at the start of the next line.

 o  At the start of a blank line, EVE inserts a form feed and puts the
    cursor at start of the next line -- without doing a RETURN.
