MOVE UP
Moves the cursor up one line at a time.
o If the cursor is FREE, it moves up in the same column. If the cursor
is BOUND, it moves to the corresponding position on the previous line,
if any, following the shape of your text. For example, from the end of
a line longer than the previous line, it moves to the end of the
previous line.
o If you are at the top of a buffer, the cursor does not move.
Keys: EVE defines the UP arrow key as MOVE UP.
The VT100 keypad also defines KP5.
