CENTER LINE
Centers a line of text between the current margins of the buffer.
Steps:
1. Put the cursor anywhere on the line you want to center.
2. Use CENTER LINE or with the WPS keypad, press GOLD/C.
o The cursor moves with the text, remaining on the same character as the
text moves. If you are on blank line, the cursor moves to the center
column between the left and right margins.
o CENTER LINE erases tabs at the start and end of a line, but does not
affect tabs and spaces in the middle of a line. It adds spaces to the
start of a line; you can erase the spaces to adjust the centering.
