The Tailoring facility is a series of  commands  and  qualifiers
 that  allow  you  to  copy groups of files that are functionally
 related from the library disk to the system disk.   The  key  to
 Tailoring is knowing which functions your customized system disk
 will need at a specific time and copying only  those  groups  to
 the system disk.
