Name
runcord − invokes the cord utility to rearrange procedures in an executable file to facilitate better cache mapping.
Syntax
runcord −feedback feedback_filename objfile [ −o outfile ] [ cord options ]
Description
The runcord command reads one or more feedback files produced by the feedback option of the profiler, prof. Then, it generates a reorder file for use with the cache rearranging program, cord.
The runcord command then invokes the cord utility to rearrange procedures in the executable file to facilitate better cache mapping.
Options
−feedback feedback_filespecifies the name of the feedback file to read
−o outfilespecifies the name of the output file
cord optionsany cord options.
