gethostsex − get the byte sex of the host machine

SYNTAX

int gethostsex()

DESCRIPTION

The gethostsex routine returns one of two constants, BIGENDIAN or LITTLEENDIAN, for the sex of the host machine.  These constants are in sex.h.
