  The following is the recommended procedure for stopping the LTDRIVER.

   1  In response to the LCP> prompt, issue the LATCP command SET NODE
      <node_name>/IDENTIFICATION="announcement_string" to announce the
      reason for the shutdown of the LAT server(s).

   2  Since activated connections are disconnected without warning, you
      can also use the DCL REPLY command to issue warnings to LAT users.

   3  Issue the LATCP STOP NODE command.
