HELP - (F15 OR HELP)

Use the HELP key to obtain help on the editing keypad.

HELP FMT - (GOLD F15 OR HELP)

When the HELP key is preceded by the GOLD key, help may be obtained on
Access Control Entry formats (this is the same as pressing the HELP key
followed by the TAB key).
