When you request help information on VAXTPU from either EVE or the EDT
 Keypad Emulator, the information is inserted into a buffer, and is
 displayed in a window on the screen.  If there are more lines of
 information than a single screen can display, VAXTPU prompts you on how
 to view the rest of the information.  When there is no more text under
 a help level, VAXTPU prompts you on the possible options.  You can end
 help prompting mode by pressing CTRL/Z or by repeatedly pressing
 RETURN.  Note that in designating topics, abbreviations are allowed
 down to the smallest unique subset of characters.
