IDENTIFIER

This type of ACE specifies the type of access to grant based upon the
requestor's UIC.  The format for this ACE is:

            (IDENTIFIER=uic, ACCESS=access_to_grant)

'uic' is a standard UIC in the form [group,member].  'access_to_grant'
may be any of the set: READ, WRITE, EXECUTE, DELETE, and/or CONTROL.
