Marks the beginning of an input stream for a command or program.
DECK is required in command procedures when the first nonblank character
in any data record in the stream is a dollar sign.

 Sets the end-of-file indicator to the specified string of 1 through 15
 characters. Enclose the string in quotation marks if it contains literal
 lowercase letters, multiple blanks, or tabs.  You must specify the EOD
 command to signal the end of the stream if you do not specify the
 /DOLLARS qualifier.
