NAME

rmmail — remove empty files

SYNOPSIS

rmmail file

DESCRIPTION

rmmail is used to remove empty files. The file will be removed if it is empty and if the user is the owner of the file.  If these conditions are meet, rmmail then removes the file. 

CAVEATS

This command was designed specifically for use by mailx to remove empty mailboxes.  The command was not intended for use as a stand alone command and is documented here solely for completeness.
