Yes, the BeOS Release 3 supports Ultra DMA on logic boards with built-in support connected to drives which are Ultra DMA-capable. Be sure you have Ultra DMA support turned on in your BIOS settings!

Caveat: We haven't tested this with every configuration possible (and it is impossible to do so, given the number of different logic boards and hard drives in existence), so your mileage may vary.
