How can I create "Person" records, so that I can drag-and-drop them onto BeMail to automatically create a message addressed to that person?

Note: Naming your Person files using a "lastname, firstname mi" format, and entering the contact name in "firstname lastname" format lets you view and sort by either first or last name in the Tracker window, and has utility elsewhere.
