In the BeWare section of the Be website there are over 500 BeOS applications. These range from small, simple demos to full-blown applications:

With the recent shipment of the BeOS for Intel (in March 1998), we are seeing an increasing number of commercial, shareware and freeware applications available for the BeOS.
