How do I register a second-hand BeBox?

I recently bought (or sold) a BeBox. How do I transfer ownership and registration information to the new owner? And do I have a full warranty?

Please send the following information to custservice@be.com:
- old owner contact information (name, company, address, phone number, e-mail, Be developer numer if any)
- new owner contact information (same deal)
- the serial number (located on the back of the unit) of the BeBox
We really need this information so that we can send the BeOS updates for the right platform to the right person.
