Not yet. The architecture of the BeOS is such that it could be possible and effective, since all GUI goes through the Application Server (analogous to an X server). But this feature is not planned for the next release of the BeOS.

In the meantime, you can find both client and server implementations of XWindows in the wonderous Geek Gadgets collection (along with a huge amount of other software):
