Multi-byte character input enabled

Typing multi-byte characters in the BeOS has never been easier; in fact, BeOS Release 4-J ships with a bundled Japanese input method. The improved multi-byte support permits the input of multi-byte (i.e. Japanese, Chinese, Korean) characters in virtually any BeOS application. A new input architecture has also been introduced in R4, allowing third-party developers to provide input methods for additional languages beyond Japanese.
