Network and MIME setup has been revamped

Network setup and configuration has been greatly improved in BeOS Release 4. PPP has been re-worked to improve reliability and modem support, and PPP preferences have been separated from the rest of the network preferences. Network services have likewise been separated into a separate space in the Network preference panel.

MIME preferences were made easier to configure in R4, with beefed-up MIME configuration capability. Now setting a new default application for documents of type "text/plain", for instance, is even easier.
