Yes, exactly, CodeWarrior for BeOS running under the BeOS for Intel Architecture, and it will be available when the BeOS for Intel ships. In fact, the BeOS for Intel CD will include a copy of CodeWarrior Lite for BeOS/Intel, just as the PowerPC release does.
