Is it possible to use the Macintosh version of Netscape as my web browser, or any browsers other than NetPositive?

No, the BeOS does not run Macintosh software. The BeOS is a new and different operating system, and requires new software. We bundle a web browser called NetPositive with the BeOS. Third parties are writing other web browsers as well.

On May 10, 1997 Be and Netscape announced an agreement to bring the Netscape FastTrack to the BeOS. Beyond that nothing has been announced at this time.
