The BeOS Preview Release runs on a wide variety of 603- and 604-based PCI Macintosh and Macintosh clones. For the latest information regarding hardware compatibility, please check the compatibility page of our web site:

http://www.be.com/support/guides/beosreadylist_ppc.html

This list will always contain the most current information about what Macs the BeOS will run on.

Adding new systems to this list is very dependent on the level of documentation and support that we receive from our friends at Power Computing, Apple and other Power Mac clone vendors; we've been delighted with the support we've received so far, but we cannot make commitments about future systems.
