   NAME
         menuitemopts:  setitemopts, itemoptson, itemoptsoff,
         itemopts - menus item option routines

   SYNOPSIS
         #include <menu.h>

         int setitemopts(ITEM *item, OPTIONS opts);
         int itemoptson(ITEM *item, OPTIONS opts);
         int itemoptsoff(ITEM *item, OPTIONS opts);
         OPTIONS itemopts(ITEM *item);

   DESCRIPTION
         setitemopts turns on the named options for item and turns off all
         other options.  Options are boolean values that can be OR-ed
         together.

         itemoptson turns on the named options for item; no other option is
         changed.

         itemoptsoff turns off the named options for item; no other option
         is changed.

         itemopts returns the current options of item.

         Item Options:

            OSELECTABLE
                      The item can be selected during menu processing.

   RETURN VALUE
         Except for itemopts, these routines return one of the following:
         EOK           - The routine returned successfully.
         ESYSTEMERROR - System error.

   NOTES
         The header file <menu.h> automatically includes the header files
         <eti.h> and <curses.h>.
