NAME
     stime - set time

SYNOPSIS
     int stime(tp)
     long *tp;

DESCRIPTION
     stime sets the time and date.  tp points to the value of
     time as measured in seconds from 00:00:00 GMT January 1,
     1970.

STATUS MESSAGES AND VALUES
     Upon successful completion, a value of 0 is returned.
     Otherwise, a value of -1 is returned and errno is set to
     indicate the error.

     The stime program will fail if:

     EPERM
          the effective user ID of the calling process is not
          superuser.
