plaid(1X) plaid(1X)NAME plaid - draws continuously changing patterns in an X window SYNOPSIS plaid [-b] [-fg color] [-bg color] [-bd color] [-bw width] [-geometry geometry] [-display display] DESCRIPTION plaid is a graphics demonstration application that draws a continually changing plaid-like pattern in an X window. Options The plaid command accepts these options: -b Causes plaid to request backing store from the X server. Without backing store, redisplay of the window can take up to a second or more. This option causes the server to save the window contents so that when needed, the window can be redrawn from contents saved in backing store. -bd color Specifies the color to use for the border of the window. The default is white. -bg color Specifies the color to use for the background of the window. The default is black. -bw width Specifies in pixels the width of the border sur- rounding the window. -display display Specifies the display to use.
