NAME
     hostname - sets or displays the name  of  the  current  host
     system

SYNOPSIS
     hostname [nameofhost]

ARGUMENTS
     nameofhost
          Specifies the name of the host system you wish to be
          displayed or set.

DESCRIPTION
     hostname displays the name of the current host.  The
     superuser can set the hostname by giving an argument; this
     is usually done in the startup script /etc/sysinitrc.
