NAME
     uudemon.hour - processes spooled uucp requests

SYNOPSIS
     uudemon.hour

DESCRIPTION
     uudemon.hour is a shell script that should be run on a
     regular basis if uucp is in use on your system. Usually
     uudemon.hour is run after the uudemon.poll script, and both
     scripts are run at least twice an hour.

     To process spooled uucp requests, uudemon.hour runs the
     uusched and uuxqt commands.

EXAMPLES
     This entry in the /usr/spool/cron/crontabs/uucp files runs
     uudemon.hour at 11 and 41 minutes after the hour:

     11,41 * * * * /usr/lib/uucp/uudemon.hour > /dev/null 2>&1
