NAME reject - prevents LP requests SYNOPSIS reject [-r [reason]] [destination]... ARGUMENTS destination Specifies the destination which will be rejected LP requests. Replace destination with either a printer or a class of printers. -r [reason] Associates a reason for preventing lp from accepting requests. This reason applies to all printers mentioned up to the next -r option. The lp command reports the reason when users direct requests to the named destinations or use lpstat(1). If you don't use the -r option or if you give -r without a reason, then a default reason is used. DESCRIPTION reject prevents lp(1) from accepting requests for the named destinations. Use lpstat(1) to find the status of destinations.
