Uutry(1M) Uutry(1M)NAME Uutry - contacts a remote system with debugging on SYNOPSIS Uutry [-c-device-type] [-r] [-xdebug-level] system ARGUMENTS -cdevice-type Causes uucico to use only those entries in the file /usr/lib/uucp/Devices whose device-type field matches the value specified by device-type. The value of device-type is usually the name of a local area network. -r Overrides the retry time contained in the file /usr/spool/uucp/.Status/system. system Specifies the name of a system to contact. The uucico command matches the value of system with the first field of the /usr/lib/uucp/Systems file to get the information that it needs to contact the remote system. -xdebug_level Overrides the default debug level, which is 5, with the value specified by debug-level. The value of debug-level is a number from 0 to 9. Higher numbers produce more detailed debugging information. DESCRIPTION Uutry runs uucico with debugging turned on. The Uutry command puts the debugging output in /tmp/system. nSH FILES /usr/lib/uucp Directory of uucp commands and configuration files /usr/lib/uucp/uucico Executable file /usr/lib/uucp/Uutry Executable file /tmp/system File containing debugging output SEE ALSO uucico(1M) uucp(1C), uux(1C) in A/UX Command Reference January 1992 1
