NAME uvar - return system-specific configuration information SYNOPSIS #include <sys/var.h> int uvar(v) struct var *v; DESCRIPTION uvar returns system-specific configuration information con- tained in the kernel. The information returned contains table sizes, mask words, and other system-specific informa- tion for programs such as ps(1). Presently, a maximum of 512 bytes of information is re- turned.
