NAME
xctrl - HP VUE control panel
SYNOPSIS
xctrl
DESCRIPTION
xctrl is a controlling program for your HP VUE login session. Its main
interface supports the following actions:
Press (with the left mouse button) on the HP logo button to display
the version of HP VUE you are running.
Select (with the left mouse button) the "control" button to invoke a
subordinate menu of session controlling functions.
Select "help" to invoke the HP VUE help interface, xhelp. This help
interface provides information on the HP VUE environment.
Select "man pages" to invoke the xhelp interface for information
contained in any of the bsd4.3 or sys5.3 man pages.
The "control" menu provides the choices of opening a new window, locking
the screen, and logging out. Logging out of xctrl terminates your HP VUE
login session.
The visual appearance of the control panel is set by
/usr/X11/lib/sys.Xresources and /usr/X11/lib/app-defaults/XCtrl. Look
at these files to see what resources can be set. Many are specific to
the Motif Widgets that xctrl is built from.
