NAME
     gpr_$select_color_frame - selects whether frame 0 or frame 1 of color
     display memory is visible.

FORMAT
     gpr_$select_color_frame (frame, status)

DESCRIPTION
     This routine selects whether frame 0 or frame 1 of color display memory
     is visible.

   Input Parameters
     frame
          This is a 2-byte integer. Denotes which frame is to be visible.
          Possible values are zero or one.  Normally, frame 0 is visible.

   Output Parameters
     status
          Completion status, in status_$t format.

NOTES
     This routine only works in borrow mode.
