NAME
     gpr_$allocate_attribute_block - allocates a set of default bitmap attri-
     butes.

FORMAT
     gpr_$allocate_attribute_block (attrib_block_desc, status)

DESCRIPTION
     This routine allocates a data structure that contains a set of default
     bitmap attribute settings, and returns the descriptor for the data struc-
     ture.

   Output Parameters
     attrib_block_desc
          Attribute block descriptor, in gpr_$attribute_desc_t format.  This
          is a 4-byte integer.

     status
          Completion status, in status_$t format.
