10.3;fbs (fast_buffer_swap) *DM*, revision 1.0, 90/05/18
fbs (fast_buffer_swap) enable fast buffer swap
usage: fbs [-on|-off|-toggle]
DESCRIPTION
The fbs command lets you choose which windows have fast buffer swap
enabled. On some graphic devices, fast double buffer swapping is
supported on only a limited number of windows. When more than one
application attempts to use GPR's double buffering feature, the
applications may collide, resulting in an incorrect buffer display for
both applications. For those devices, this command allows the user to
select which window uses the fast buffer mechanism.
You may select the target window with the DM dr command, or by binding
fbs to a key and selecting the window that the cursor is in.
If no options are specified, the default is to enable fast buffer
swapping. Initially, applications have fast buffer swap enabled.
OPTIONS
-on Enable fast buffer swapping for current window.
-off Disable fast buffer swapping for current window.
-toggle
Toggle current mode.
