DESCRIPTION
Ipc_$resolve returns the handle for the open socket at path_name.
path_name
The pathname of an IPC socket.
path_length
The number of bytes in path_name.
socket_handle
The handle for the socket at path_name.
status
The completion status. Ipc_$resolve returns with the status
ipc_$socket_not_open if the socket at path_name is not open.
